The Walt Neuens Horse Park is located in south Bismarck, nestled amidst the cottonwood trees that used to line the banks of the Missouri River. This outdoor facility, with two separate riding facilities and two barns, and indoor and outdoor stalls, is owned by Bismarck Parks and Rec, and operated by the Bismarck Horse Club.
Several groups use this park, including the Bismarck Horse Club, BER, Bismarck Mounted Police, 4H, and others.
